When purchasing Vintage pieces from Lark vintage, please be reminded to shop wisely as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. We are always happy to answer any enquiries about the item(s) via email or telephone.
Please ensure you check all the measurements and seams allowances given in the descriptions of the items. 
All sales are considered final.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be discussed for exchange/refund. 

We only exchange items, that are defective or damaged. This is handled on a case by case basis and the Buyer must contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
